Jaclyn Bond, former Director of Nursing, shares how her team moved from traditional hemodynamic monitoring to nurse-led fluid responsiveness assessment with wearable Doppler ultrasound. She'll walk through why they made the change, how it helped improve SEP-1 performance and patient outcomes at her hospital, and the seven non-negotiables that turned a new technology into everyday practice.
ABOUT THE EVENING
What You Will Take Back to Your Unit
In one evening, you'll follow one hospital's path from clinical evidence to lasting bedside practice, told by the nurse leader who led it..
You will learn how to:

Make the case for change, from the clinical rationale behind moving beyond traditional hemodynamic monitoring to how it connects to SEP-1.
-
Plan for the hard parts, with the real challenges and lessons learned from one hospital's implementation.
-
Make it last, using the seven non-negotiables that turned a new technology into everyday practice, even with limited resources.
